I don't think I'm... regular. I can't remember the last time I went to the washroom for an extended period, if you know what I mean. I'm trying to guess it by remembering the last books I took with me into the washroom, or the last game I had in the GBA.

Anyways... I'm eating some of this "Honey and Nut Corn Bran" cereal thing... High in fiber. I hope it helps.
